Process automation

Every week, hours go into copy-pasting, exports, reminder emails and files to update. This low-value work is also a common source of errors.

Interactive demo

Before / after: the weekly report

The same report, done by hand and then automated. Run the flow, then estimate how much time you could save on your own tasks.

Weekly report · example

Before By hand

  1. Export data from the CRM 25 min
  2. Copy-paste into the Excel file 40 min
  3. Fix errors and duplicates 35 min
  4. Recalculate KPIs and redo the charts 45 min
  5. Write the summary and send the email 30 min

Total: 2h 55 every week, or ~137 hours a year.

After Automated

  1. Trigger
    Every Monday at 7 am
  2. Collect
    CRM + Excel + calendar
  3. Clean & calculate
    KPIs, variances, alerts
  4. Report
    PDF + AI-written summary
  5. Send
    Email and Teams
Human time: 5 minutes of review

What about your business?

0hours freed up per year
0worth of time per year

Assumption: 60% of repetitive tasks can be automated, over 47 working weeks. Indicative estimate, to be refined during the audit.

FAQ

Your questions

Which tool should I choose: n8n, Make or Power Automate?

If you use Microsoft 365, Power Automate is often included. n8n can be self-hosted and costs very little. Make and Zapier are the easiest to pick up. I recommend based on your tools and budget.

What happens if a flow breaks?

Every flow sends an alert on error, and the documentation explains how to restart it. Monthly support is available.

Can we use AI without exposing our data?

Yes, with the right setup: anonymised data, providers that don’t train on your data, or models hosted on your own infrastructure.
