Data collected and purposes

• Contact form: name, email, company (optional), need and message, to reply to your request. Messages are forwarded to me by email. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Retention: 3 years after the last contact.
• Call booking: discovery calls are booked through Cal.com (Cal.com, Inc., United States), which processes your name, email, chosen time slot and answers to the booking form to arrange the call. The call itself takes place on Microsoft Teams (Microsoft). Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. These providers may transfer some data outside the European Union; where this happens, such transfers rely on the safeguards put in place by these providers, notably the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Recipients

The website and contact form data are hosted by netcup GmbH (Karlsruhe, Germany), within the European Union. Call booking and video calls, however, go through Cal.com and Microsoft Teams, as described above. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for their own use. Only the publisher and the technical providers listed above can access it, solely for the purposes described.

This website uses no advertising cookies and no trackers that require your consent. Only your display preference (light or dark theme) is stored in your browser.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing or request its portability by writing to contact@pmdata.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
